* Pick = your location at the Festival on a First Come First Serve Basis based upon recei= pt of payment and contingent based upon availability. Food (F) is reserved for Food Vend= ors Only. See map below for space= locations. This offer expires on 6/30/08. Please provide two (2) choices. Check our website for locations already taken.

&m= iddot; = All tents must be freestanding. All cars must be parked in the par= king lot area – no cars will be permitted on the festival location.

&m= iddot; = Wind Advisory – please keep in mind that tents ca= nnot be staked into the concrete.

&m= iddot; = Parking will no longer be included with the price. DE Pride will not be raising the p= rice for the 2008 DE Pride Festival.

&m= iddot; = Raffles or Drawings: Must be approved by Delaware Pride. Only those approved wi= ll be permitted.

&m= iddot; = Vendor Festival Location: Assignment at the sole discre= tion of the Delaware Pride Board.

&m= iddot; = As a family oriented event for all ages, Delaware Pride reserves the right to prohibit the display of any signs, articles, or produ= cts that, in our opinion, are not in keeping with the nature or character of the festival.

&m= iddot; = All donations for approved applications are nonrefundab= le (also rain or shine).

&m= iddot; = Only vendors who apply for food or beverage sales may s= ell or otherwise distribute food, food products, or beverages during the festiv= al. In addition, you must specify what will be sold in order for your applicati= on to be approved. Please be advised that there are a limited number of approv= ed applications. Prior food vend= ors get top priority if there application and payment is received by April 30, 2008.= Vendors will not be able to sell w= ater.

&m= iddot; = All vendors – No loud generators permitted. =

&m= iddot; = Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in Gordon's Pond State Park.

&m= iddot; = All approved vendors will receive a Delaware Pride Vend= or confirmation e-mail. If you h= ave not received this, then we may not have your application.=
